The Management, Staff, and the entire communities of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (N-HYPPADEC) heartily felicitate with His Royal Highness, the Etsu Nupe and Chairman, Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Alhaji (Dr.) Yahaya Abubakar, CFR, on the auspicious occasion of his 74th birthday and 23rd anniversary on the exalted throne of his forebears.

​For 23 years, your exemplary leadership and deep devotion to the welfare of your people and peaceful coexistence have served as a bastion of hope and unity across the Nupe Kingdom and Nigeria.

​We honour your steadfast commitment to the peace and security of the nation, from your sterling career in the Nigerian Army, where you rose to the rank of Brigadier General, to your present role as a prominent leader in the National Council of Traditional Rulers.

​We also appreciate your fatherly role and the support you have extended to the Commission in the course of its operations.
